Policy
Guarantee: Credit Card Guarantee required for booking.
Other: All rates are in Thai Baht and are subject to 10% service charge and 7% VAT Room rates include daily breakfast
Extra Bed: An Extra bed is at the cost of 1,300 Baht (ABF. included)
Child policy:
- Children under 3 years old are free of charge for all buffet meals. (Baby cot is free of charge)
- Children 4-11 years old are offered a fifty percent discount for all buffet meals.
- Children 12 years old and above are considered as adult.
- Join with parent without extra bed is free of charge.
- Every child must be mentioned on reservation.
Cancellation and No Show Policy:
The cancellation notice must be notified by fax, by e-mail or written notice to Bangkok reservation office as early as possible but in any cases not less than 45 days. A late cancelled fee equivalent to the rate for one night will be charged. In case of early check out, 30 % of all cancelled booking will be charged.
Compulsory Grand Dinner:
- New Year's Eve 31 Dec @ Baht 2,500 per adult and Baht 1,250 per child under 12 years old
- Songkran Festival 13 Apr @ Baht 900 per adult and Baht 450 per child under 12 years old
